I’m Kim, I have a passion to share my knowledge of healthy eating with others. I know that our standard American diet is wreaking havoc on our bodies and it needs to change. Healthy eating does not have to be elaborate, challenging or expensive. However, it is extremely intimidating and it has been an adjustment to follow a plant based diet. I hope you enjoy following our journey and I hope you can learn a lot from us.
A little about me, I am a wife and stay at home mother of three. I am consistently sleep deprived these days but loving this time at home. As far as cooking goes, lets just say that I am a beginner. These past two weeks I have been so inspired by this new lifestyle I have cooked almost every day which is a drastic change for me. A little about my husband, he is the tech guy that helped me set up this beautiful site. He also willingly agreed to change his diet. He’s already lost 20 lbs in a little less than a month and I have already lost almost 10. He is also an incredible chef and he and I are going to collaborate in the kitchen to bring you some fantastic recipes.
I’m extremely excited about this new lifestyle and I can’t wait to share everything I have learned with all of you.
